Description: Feedback is an essential component of the instructional process. Every student wants and needs feedback. The effect of explicit feedback of a student’s motivational perception, interest, and improved performance cannot be underestimated. In this session, we will discuss the various ways to provide effective feedback to students, the language to use when providing feedback, how to ensure students use the feedback, and how to manage students’ concerns about the feedback.
